At Difinery, we stand behind every piece we make. If something is not right, we make it right. Our policies are clear, fair, and apply worldwide.

Free Shipping

We offer free FedEx shipping on all U.S. orders over $300. We do not ship to PO Boxes and require a signature for all deliveries. For security purposes, your shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed. Once your package is handed to the carrier, you assume responsibility for delivery.

Processing & Delivery

Most orders require 1–2 business days for processing. Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge, but processing may still take up to 2 days before the order ships. Risk of loss and title transfer to you once your package is handed to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window: You may return your jewelry worldwide within 30 days of the shipping date

Holiday Returns: Orders placed November 1–December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year.

Eligibility for a Refund

We offer full refunds (minus return shipping costs), with no restocking fees, no store credit tricks, and no hidden language, for items purchased off the shelf. 

Your return must be:

  • unworn and undamaged

  • returned with its original packaging

  • not altered or resized by a third party.

Exceptions

Special Orders and Special Collection pieces are returnable for store credit only. Items modified or resized by third parties are ineligible for return. Engraved pieces are eligible for return as long as they were purchased from Difinery and remain unaltered.

How to Start a Return

  • Email support@difinery.com with your order number. 

  • We will send return instructions within 24 hours. 

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer. 

Please use a tracked and insured carrier. We cannot accept returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: We review your return within 3–5 business days

  • Approval: If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method

  • Processing: Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the funds

We do not offer partial refunds or store credit (except where noted above).

Care & Repairs

Complimentary Polishing & Cleaning

We offer free professional polishing and cleaning within 6 months of purchase. You cover shipping; we cover the service.

Fair-Cost Repairs

After the first six months, we offer repair services at transparent pricing. Email us a photo of the issue, and we'll provide a cost estimate before beginning any work.

Our Approach to Warranties

We don't offer misleading "lifetime warranties" and never hide fees in the small print or in our language. Instead, we focus on craftsmanship, recycled gold, lab-grown diamonds, and transparent repair pricing. If something goes wrong, we make it right. No gimmicks.

Sustainability Promise

Every returned or unsold piece is responsibly recycled, restored, or repurposed into new designs. Nothing is wasted. This ensures a closed-loop process where materials continue to live on as future Difinery pieces.

Fair Use Policy

To protect our community and our craftsmanship, we reserve the right to refuse service or limit access to accounts that show patterns of return abuse. This policy is enforced fairly and in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws.
