At Difinery, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every piece. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’ve outlined the steps and requirements below to request a return.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of your order’s delivery date. To be eligible, the piece must be:

  • Unworn and in its original and resizable condition

  • Complete with all packaging and documents:

    • Unmarked jewelry box

    • Certificate of authenticity

    • Purchase invoice

    • Any branded elements included in the original shipment

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer care team via help@difinery.com to request a return authorization.

  • Await confirmation and instructions before shipping the item back.

  • Pack your item securely and include all required documents.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping & Deductions

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and will be deducted from the refund total.

  • This amount may vary based on the item's condition and any applicable restocking or handling fees.

  • If our quality team identifies damage or wear inconsistent with our return conditions, an additional deduction may apply or the return may be declined.

  • Refunds are processed only after the piece has been received and passed inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Engraved or personalized items

  • Custom-made jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Any product not purchased through Difinery’s official website or authorized partners

Warranty-Related Returns

If you're returning a piece under our Warranty Policy, you will first need to contact our team for assessment. If the claim is approved after a one-week inspection window:

  • Difinery will cover both pickup and return shipping.
